This study evaluates and compares two minimally invasive surgical therapies for treating men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who specifically have an enlarged median lobe. The two treatments being compared are Rezūm (water vapor thermal therapy) and EchoLaser (transperineal laser ablation).
