Brief Summary
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety between EUS-HGAS and EUS-HGS. We hypothesized that EUS-HGAS provides lower recurrent biliary obstruction (RBO) rate but with a comparable safety profile to EUS-HGS.
