About MedTracker
What is MedTracker?
MedTracker is a free automated information platform tracking medical device approvals and clinical trials from official government sources worldwide. We provide professionals, researchers, and investors with a centralized, searchable database of public regulatory data.
Methodology
An automated pipeline retrieves public source records, normalizes selected fields, creates template-based summaries, and generates static pages. No AI or language model writes device summaries. Automatically matched related records may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as verified relationships.
Data Sources
All data comes from official government APIs and public records:
- FDA Open API - U.S. FDA 510(k) and PMA data
- ClinicalTrials.gov - NIH clinical trial registry
- PubMed / NCBI - Biomedical literature
- SEC EDGAR - SEC filings
The linked official record remains authoritative. This site may lag, omit, or misinterpret upstream data.
Editorial Policy
Pages are generated from structured public records and templates. They are not individually reviewed by a physician, lawyer, regulator, or investment professional before publication. Applicant is not treated as synonymous with manufacturer, 510(k) clearance is not described as PMA approval, and unverified predicate relationships are not inferred.
Corrections
To report an error, identify the page and official record and describe the correction. Confirmed issues are addressed in source processing, stored data, or templates as appropriate; the official source remains authoritative. Contact us to submit a correction.
